Yes. We walk the job with you, measure, and send a written, itemized estimate. Each line shows what will be done so you can add, remove or phase items before you commit.
Are you licensed and insured in Virginia?
We are a Virginia Class C Contractor and carry general liability insurance. We are happy to send proof of coverage with your estimate.
What areas do you serve?
The City of Richmond, Henrico County and Chesterfield County, including Midlothian, Glen Allen, Short Pump and Mechanicsville. If you are just outside those areas, call us and we will tell you whether we can take the job.
Will you take a small job, or a list of small jobs?
Yes. A list of small items is exactly what we are built for: a toilet that rocks, a cracked tile, three light fixtures and a missing piece of trim can all be one visit and one invoice.
What does "punch out" mean?
A punch list is the list of items left to finish at the end of a job. Punching out means completing every one of them. We finish each project with a walkthrough and do not call it done until every item on your list is checked off.
